Asana Partners has held a final close of Asana Partners Fund II at its $800 million hard cap. The oversubscribed fund is fully-discretionary and will target retail real estate investment opportunity in high-growth urban neighborhoods across the United States.
Limited Partners that have backed the fund include Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System, Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System, New Mexico State Investment Council, Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS), South Carolina Retirement System and Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System.
The fund’s predecessor vehicle, Asana Partners Fund I, closed at $500 million in January 2017.
