Diversity, equity and inclusion have shot up the agenda: more than 90 percent of commercial real estate firms now have some kind of DE&I apparatus, according to a recent global survey. However, minority professionals still account for only 15 percent of executive management positions, so much remains to be done. Fortunately, with a raft of initiatives to improve diversity and equity – and to foster inclusion – the industry has made doing more on DE&I a top priority.
