Last call for nominations

A big thank you to all who have submitted nominations for PERE’s incoming Global Awards so far. The deluge of nominations already received certainly is giving PERE’s editorial and research teams plenty to ponder when deliberating on final shortlists.

To those yet to submit a nomination but intend to: now is the time. We will be closing the nominations part of the process at the close of business Eastern Standard Time today.

To recap, the PERE Global Awards recognize the achievements of the people and organizations behind the most significant capital formations, deployments and other events in the private real estate sector in 2018.

This year’s awards are bigger and wider than before. We have introduced six more categories to reflect the great efforts by institutional investors and their managers and advisors in the office, retail, logistics, residential, hotels and leisure, and the alternatives sectors.

Once the official nominations period is closed, PERE’s editorial and research teams will spend the next few days deliberating on which individuals and organizations make the final cuts, taking in the month’s field research which they have conducted alongside the submissions.

Please note submissions are not prerequisites, nor are they guarantees for inclusion in the nominations process. Moreover, we will include them in the mix alongside our own considerations before determining four nominations per category. There will also be a fifth, blank category available for firms and individuals not nominated.

Voting starts in early December and PERE will be back in touch to alert you to where to register your nods. The winners will be announced next March.
