PERE Europe: market is a 'double-edged sword'

Jeff Jacobson, chief executive officer at LaSalle Investment Management told delegates at PERE's annual Europe Summit in London that firms should not be 'completely afraid' or 'naive' while operating in a global property market exhibiting 'opposing forces' and one in which the interest rate environment was not 'normal'.
