RLJ eyes fund merger for IPO

The Bethesda, Maryland firm, co-founded by Robert Johnson (pic) and Thomas Baltimore, is talking to LPs about consolidating its Urban Lodging Fund II and Fund III for a possible IPO as a public REIT.
